我们的保存过程始于将渔船的海产品原料转移到适当温度的自动冷藏货车。抵达工厂后,所有产品将通过成品品质控制(IQC)以确保温度保持。这项检查非常重要,这是为了确保冷冻海产的新鲜度保持着与同一天刚被捕获起来时那样新鲜,这同时还可以防止细菌生长。产品将通过严格的生产和质量控制程序来保持其高级品质。
